All types of diseases can be controlled through Yoga Asanas. In today’s city dweller diabetes is very common. People have made their body feeble by consuming medicines. Though there are many other Yoga Asanas which are 100% effective in diabetes but here we present information about Kunasasan.
Way to do – first of all sit in ‘Vajrasana’ then touch your elbows towards both sides of your navel. Now slowly lift your palms upwards and touch both of your hands keeping then straight.
After that bend forward while exhaling. New touch your chin with your palms. During this time keep looking forward. Inhale & come back or while inhaling – exhaling normally remain in the same position for a minute.
It helps in activating the Pancreas which leads to formation of insulin in greater quantities which in turn helps in keeping diabetes away. Practicing it regularly leads to more benefits. Along with that, its also helpful in abdomen & heart disease as well.
